Medical translation

Translations of study protocol, Informed Consent Forms and all the other required documents should bring no problems whatsoever, or so one would think. There are huge agencies who advertise themselves as one-stop-shops for any language translations one can think of. Quite often the quality of essential document translation is the reason for the delay in the clinical trial's regulatory approval.

In many countries, the Ethics Committees are very picky about the wording of the translated documents, especially the Informed Consent Form. Other CROs translation services lack the required human review and use automatic computer generated translations. This results in additional and unneeded Ethics Committee queries, additional versioning of the documents, additional time, additional resources and ultimately significant delays. It is our policy to employ only native language speakers to translate documents accurately and according to the standards of each particular country.

We can translate between the following languages:

  • German

  • Latvian

All our translators are certified and we never use any computer generated techniques. Our proven record ensures accurate translations.
